This private residence was designed for a growing family. Located on a quiet residential street, the house was designed with a forecourt to maintain privacy and allow natural light to permeate the interior spaces. The rear of the home opens to a river view and allows an interaction of the interior with the exterior spaces. The living room with double sided fireplace, centers the house, and the elevated second floor hallway connects the second floor spaces with the main floor.
